Concrete Grinding

Diamond-tooled surface preparation that levels high spots, strips old coatings, and opens the pores for any finish system. The foundation of every job we do.

Polished Concrete

Progressive diamond polishing from coarse to ultra-fine grit. Matte, satin, or high-gloss options. Dust-proof, easy to maintain, and permanently part of the slab.

Stain & Dye

Acid stain and reactive dye systems that penetrate the slab for permanent, variegated color. No two floors look alike — each one reacts differently to the chemistry.

Epoxy & Coatings

100% solid epoxy, polyaspartic, and decorative flake systems. Chemical-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and available in full-chip or metallic finishes for garages and commercial floors.

How It Goes

Rough Slab to Finished Floor

Every project follows the same four-phase sequence — no shortcuts, no skipped steps. That's how a grinding job stays a grinding job and a polish stays a polish.

01

Assess & Quote

We walk the slab, check for moisture, map cracks and high spots, and talk through your goals. Free on-site. No obligation. You get a written quote the same day.

02

Grind & Prep

Diamond grinding to establish flatness, remove old coatings, and open the surface. The most important step — everything downstream depends on getting this right.

03

Finish

Polishing, staining, dyeing, or coating — applied per spec. Each finish has its own chemistry and timing. We don't rush the cure.

04

Seal & Protect

Penetrating densifier and topcoat sealer. Locks in the finish, closes the pores, and gives you a surface that'll clean up with a mop for years.
